PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS
Easy sealing with the patient’s blood makes DALLON® H a new generation of unsealed prostheses. DALLON® H features:
• optimum resilience,
• retention of the diameter,
• easy anastomoses with surgical sutures,
• no fraying at cut ends (including different angles),
• high mechanical strength,
• colour marking line,
• hydrophilic surface promoting quick preclotting using minimum patient’s blood.

The hydrophilic surface of the prosthesis promoting quick preclotting reduces the surgeon’s activity to the intake of unheparinized patient’s blood and its distribution over the prosthesis. The routine preclotting involving "massaging" and "clotting" of the prosthesis is thus eliminated. The healing in process begins immediately after the prosthesis enters the blood stream.

DALLON® H prostheses should be used in reconstruction or exchange of a damaged or pathologically changed blood vessel.
